Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for:

IT Analyst

We are looking for ambitious, energetic individuals who are seeking a challenging career in a technology-based company and who thrive in a highly innovative and enthusiastic team environment. The IT administrator will be responsible for contract technical support services, internal network administration and must be able to juggle and prioritize several challenging tasks at once. The IT Administrator must also be willing to travel, primarily to the Caribbean for months at a time.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for:

•   Assist with the administration of the company network.
•   Assist customers over the phone with a variety of IT related problems.
•   Travel locally for on-call support for our customers.
•   Establish and ensure compliance of network policy, procedures and network security.
•   Perform Installation configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of server and workstations hardware, software and peripheral devices.
•   Strong knowledge of backup and recovery products and processes.
•   Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.

Experience and Skills:

The successful candidate will have a majority of the following experience and skills:

•   University degree in Computer Science or equivalent job-related experience;
•   Technical Skills: MCSE, MCP, CCNA, A++ Certification would be an asset. In depth knowledge of Windows Professional 2000, XP and Windows 2000, 2003 servers
•   extensive experience in administering and managing local and wide area network environments;
•   Individual will have a good understanding of Web applications and IT industry
•   Highly motivated and willing to take initiative;
•   The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
•   Understand the balance between customer service and the financial interest of the company;
•   Strong communication skills including verbal, written and listening;
•   Enthusiastic;
•   Excellent organizational skills;
•   Ability to multi-task and prioritize; and
•   Willingness to continually learn and advance technical knowledge

Web Designer

Atum Corporation is currently seeking the following enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team.
Junior Web Designer will be responsible for website design, content and maintenance, e-mail creative design, and banner ad design.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

•   Design and production of website ranging from branding sites to e-commerce
•   Design and develop images, layouts, web interfaces, and templates
•   Design and production of e-newsletter and campaigns various online media
•   Design and production of promotional campaigns
•   Ability to work with others and ensure smooth flow of production and deadlines
•   Other related tasks as needed
•   Ability to work on multiple projects and adhere to strict deadlines

Qualifications

•   Formal education/training in new media or web design
•   Minimum 1 year of internet design and production experience, including experience working on branding and e-commerce websites
•   Proven ability to effectively translate off-line branding and corporate standards into online media
•   Solid understanding of current standards / best practices for web design, usability information architecture, content and Web design.
•   Experience and understanding working with HTML, ASP, and JavaScript
•   Strong experience level in using Dreamweaver MX
•   Expert level in Photoshop and Illustrator or FreeHand MX
•   Ability to design and execute FLASH media
•   Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work with others
