Ramses Reports functionality provides you with all the reporting tools you need to fully automate your quoting and sales process. Accessible from within the Quote master and the Ramses Main Menu, the reports you need to analyze and review customer and component history are always easily accessible.

Ramses Reports Include:

Custom System Quotation

• The Custom System Quotation report will provide you with a breakdown of the components selected within the Quote Master window. It includes Specialty Items and Optional Items as selected on the quotation record provides a clean looking custom quotation that you can offer to your customers.

Order Confirmation

• The Order Confirmation report details all the components of the system that your customer has requested. This report includes all order information and a signature line for customer acceptance.

Build of Materials

• The Build of Materials report itemizes each component used in the assembly process and is an ideal report to provide to your assembly department. Customer special instructions and shipping information are provided at the top of the report to ensure compliance with special requests.

System Price Analysis

• The System Price Analysis report itemizes each component and includes all prices, which allows you to breakdown a system quotation into individual component prices.

Price List Report

• The Price List reports the individual prices for components in the system based on report setting defined at run time. This can be used to review your price breakdown and provide your customers with a complete list of their options and the costs associated with each component.

Customer List

• The Customer List report is used to print detailed customer information report, providing you with a “rolodex” that you can scan through to easily access customer details.

Activity History

• The Activity History report details all quotation activity for each customer, based on a set of report parameters that you define. The quote date, status and quoted price are printed on the report.
