How do I change my Company Name and Address?
The company name, address, telephone, fax, website and email address are hard coded into the application at registration time. If you wish to change them, please send an email to us at sales@atum.com. Include the new information in your email, along with a reason for the change. Users that have not registered their product cannot change this information.

How do I change the logo that prints at the top of the quotation and order confirmation?
Simply export your company logo as a 256-color bitmap into the Ramses directory with the filename “logo.bmp”. You may need to resize your image a few times before finding a perfect fit. If you have registered your product with us, we would be happy to do this for you. Send your bitmap image, along with your registration information to support@atum.com

How do I back up my data?
The data files have the extension .tps. If you backup these files, your data will be safe even if the program becomes corrupt. Ramses version 2.0 will include a one-button backup function, but the current release does not.

My data files have become corrupted. What can I do?
Atum Corporation may be able to repair the damaged data files. There is a $50 charge for the repair process, payable up front which will NOT be refunded if the restoration process fails. We will do our best to help you out. Please send the data files to support@atum.com
